Vuelta Cicloturista a España Stage 4

Stage 4 from Bejar to Barco de Avila started with a short, easy climb of approximately 3 kms, followed by about 50kms of slow descent before the final short climb and descent into Plasencia. The next 40 kms in the Valle del Jerte is rolling hills, constantly ascending to Jerte, from there another 17 kms of climbing to reach the peak of the Puerto de Tornavacas. To finish the stage 11 kms of descent, the first part of which is very fast, 77 kms/hour for me, followed by 4 kms of rolling descent. An enjoyable 131 km stage.
La cuarta etapa, de Bejar a Barco de Ávila ha comenzado con una corta y fácil subida de aproximadaménte 3 km, seguido de unos 50 km de lento descenso antes de una corta subida final y descenso a Plasencia. Los siguientes 40 km en el Valle del Jerte son repechos, en constante subida hacia Jerte, desde allí otros 17 km de subida para alcanzar el pico del Puerto de Tornavacas. Para terminar la etapa 11 km de descenso, la primera parte del cual ha sido muy rápido, 77 km/h para mi, seguidos de 4 km de repechos. Una étapa muy entretenida de 131 km.
