This is an easy climb which I rode to finish off a 100 k effort that started in Madrid on Saturday morning. Finding a route from Madrid to Guadalajara is a bit challenging as you need to change highways frequently to stay on secondary roads and as usual many intersections are not clearly signed or the highways are numbered differently than any map you look at, GPS is very helpful on this route. This climb is very long for the altitude gained and has lots of curves so you get a fantastic view of where you have come from and of the surrounding area as you make the climb.
